Soliman Hanna This is part of the Jewish prayer service called Kedusha (holiness/sanctification) as Eytan stated. However, it is formulated from various verses in the Tanach/Hebrew Bible - Isiah 6:3; Ezekiel 3:12; Devarim (Deuteronomy) 6:4; (Bamidbar) Numbers 15:41; (Tehillim) Psalms 146:10 It is a very holy moment in the service where we re-enact the praises of the angels.
