A little weary (perhaps sick to death, but polite about it) of my frequent cauliflower crusts, Karl sent me a link to a sort of fathead pizza crust made with pork rinds, which many claim to be the best pizza crust they've had on keto or elsewhere! It is actually pretty amazing: reminds me of the bubbly crust on cheap frozen pizzas I used to eat by the dozens (without mentioning any brand names, mind you). I also make a finished pizza after the finished crust comes out of the oven. Even if pork rinds are not your favorite snack, you are almost sure to like this recipe.
