I did something like this today. I put some Parmesan and mozzarella into a nonstick pan, let it brown really well, slathered some pizza sauce over it, then added some halved store bought meatballs, mushrooms, and a little more cheese, some Italian seasoning and a little sprinkle of red pepper flakes to make a spicy meat-a-ball! Turned out great! 🍕

Wow that looks so good I might have to try that one. The only unusual sandwich I had as a kid was when the neighborhood kid across the street fixed all of us neighborhood kids a white bread-mayonnaise-bologna-American cheese-sliced sweet pickle-diced onion sandwich. His mom was so mad at him but we all loved that sandwich. I just remembered it when you asked us to list a sandwich. Thanks for the memory. LOL

I put less cheese, and it causes it to be crunchy. I also do both sides. So good😊 I use them for so many things.. Pizza, quesadillas, wraps, lasagna, and sandwich melts. I'm looking forward to more videos.

Carnivore Mac and cheese is very filling. I like it a lot. Haven’t made it in awhile. Speaking of sandwiches, I made one with fried chicken (made with Nili’s protein breading), cooked peppers with garlic, spinach with garlic, mozzarella cheese on the bread from Chris Cooking Nashville. It was very good.

That looks delicious. I love a meatball sandwich. Some of my favorite sandwiches are sloppy joes or fried bologna on chaffles. Ralphie is too precious. He could be the waggle spokesperson/dog 😂

Andy here. I’ve lost about 110 lbs. I’ve stalled and it’s been a slow go of it for a while. At least I’m maintaining now.

@@MissionKeto I think you’re doing great you certainly can tell you’ve lost a lot of weight… I’m a no loser going to give keto one more shot, I can’t even lose taking Ozempic for my diabetes.. they beg you to lose weight doctors and such but can’t tell me how to be successful with it… I guess when you have a stall that is when you have to reduce calories?

I wasn't a fan of the non flavored ones either, until I started putting the cheese down first, gives it so much flavor and it really is a game changer!! I won't do the "keto" ones in store personally, but you can also use those! Thanks for the comment!
