I still think Gaur Plains is my favorite OST from Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and 2 so far maybe 3 will change it. I didn't played X but I plan to... One day.

You should! Different experience from the first two but the combat and world are really cool.

I think X has an excellent OST that works very well with the different feel of the game compared to 1 and 2. It was done by Sawano who is an anime soundtrack legend. It's very difficult to compare the rest of the XC soundtracks to X honestly.

@@rayneammar From what I have seen, I can see why people call it a totally different experience. It looks interesting, I am personally not a huge action JRPG guy I personally prefer tactical and turn based more but Xenoblade always has a place in my heart. Obviously there are other really good action JRPG's like Astral Chain what I loved or Scarlet Nexus but honestly Xenoblade has a vibe I have never seen before, is immediately recognizable to me.

x's ost is balls to the walls. it arguably should not even be a game ost in the first place. you've got south american pop with german rapping. you've got heavy metal with american rapping. you've got 2010 sad boy rock with vocals by aimee blackschleger. you've got 3 straight minutes of some dude on fiddle off the shits. you've got baby's first anime ed with vocals by aimee blackschleger again. you've got 2010s club beats to have a rainbow without reyn to. and every single song is named shit like "#4HSWHSGF76%067 SACRE". love that soundtrack to death
