People hate what they don’t have and it keeps them in an endless cycle of negativity and depression. That’s why it’s up to people who do have that positive mentality and perspective on life to spread it far and wide. It’s contagious. You just have to have enough people willing to spread that energy.

No because if your life is shit "pretending" to be happy all the time makes you a fake. There is plenty to be cynical about and intelligent people tend to suffer more from depression because they consider those things.
