Deontay is a story everyone should cheer. Dude started at 21, became a world champ with many title defenses. Was one of the most exciting heavyweights to watch. Brought back excitement to the heavyweight division. Never ducked NO ONE! And did it all for a ill daughter who he can now give her whatever resources she needs. Hate if you want but that just shows how hollow you are. Respect to that man! 💯

Dude I admire the passion but be serious. He Ducked the Klitschko Bros. He ducked David Haye. He ducked Dillian Whyte. Most of the guys he made world title defences against were ranked outside the top 30, and that's a fact. And if you want example of him flat out ducking, Wladimir called him out in 2015. Wilder's manager responded by saying Wilder was a "baby" in boxing terms and "wasn't ready" to face Wlad. Look it up. I get you like the guy, but the man was heavily protected and Fury aside did not fight anything close to the best of his era.

Wilder loss to Fury twice but losing to Fury is similar to losing to Floyd at Heavyweight. Meaning Wilders career still has life. There’s still great opportunities for Wilder in the sport. AJ, Whyte, Big Baby Miller, Andy Ruiz I mean you name it.

Losing to Fury is not comparable with Losing to Floyd. At Heavyweight there is no ceiling with size. The size difference between Fury and Wilder, would be several weight classes in lower divisions. Just to big for Wilder

All the Deontay Wilder haters out there I'll tell you this this is a good young man who did everything he could to help his daughter and support his family he's so young black millionaire humble and a good brother

I respect him totally as a father and a man, boxing is a super tough way to make a living and he fulfilled his goals. I can't rate him that highly as a boxer though. Avoided most of the top guys of his era and his skills were severely lacking in some places.

For those who believe it's already late to become something, just remember that FRANCIS NGANNOU started training MMA at age of 27/28. Now he is a world champion.

Most of it for francis and wilder is their genetics and power, francis has the highest recorded punch ever and wilder is notorius for having bad technique but still having 42 consecutive wins.

@@Only1Kizz yeah, Franciss power is no joke, Eddie fucking hall could'nt even do it, you know the guy that did the 500kg deadlift. Strength doesn't mean power though, I'd bet wilder could do something similar.

Wilder went out on his shield….. he won every single fight fan over with his heart!!! Just a machine, an absolute machine, kept on fighting until the end and he couldn’t fight anymore… phenomenal. A real warrior. Him and fury are the top two guys. Anyone thinks Joshua or Usyk beat this guy are deluded.
