I purchased a few items from Kevin Lee. I got several skiving knives, two of each type curved edge and angled bevel. A French edger, and a few other small knives. The steel is D2, takes a fine edge that lasts. Maintain the edge easily with a strope. Very pleased with the quality. I have a few other Kevin Lee tools on order that should arrive shortly. I like the design of your notebook cover. Good idea the way the inside piece is full size with cut out for notebook. It covers the back side grain on the cover and looks very finished.
