I'm not (yet) a Krav Maga student, but one of the things you taught without necessarily saying so is this: Once you block, control the opponent. Keep said opponent under YOUR control, in the space YOU decide. Other marrial arts teach this, but somehow what you demonstrated showed it in a way I don't think I'd ever understood before.

360 is only for outside attacks. Straight punches require inside defenses. Watch that video.

im practicing the hand flares tomorrow ,have been shown to reinforce the the index finger with the thumb to strengthen the whole hand and have maximum reach and lead the parry with the elbow (it just make sense to me personally to think im moving the elbow ,it gets in place better)

You should try your best to block with the middle of your forearm instead of your wrist. A committed strike from a person your size or larger will go right through your block if it hits your wrist. Using the middle of the forearm, a woman can stop a strike from a much larger man. Give it a try.

The 360 has its limitations. Straight punches from a decent street fighter will come in very fast and recoil. Blocking kicks with your hand down with open fingers is a no no. You can break your arm and fingers, block with the leg or use your footwork to move. A lot easier. Those knife blocks are dangerous, what if the knife travels low then high. You are asking too much from the blocking, people are not that fast and will get cut very easily. There are good knife fighters out there, also. Don't assume bad guys can't fight. They have little fear to start a fight and strike first. If they pull out a knife, use your belt, take your jacket off, throw coins from your pocket, scream for help and run and call the police or just get out of there. Use odd objects as weapons like the forementioned plus a beverage throw, magazine strike, stick fighting and anything else you can toss.

This technique sucks and ineffective base on the statements given.

The 360 defence is intended to defend against hook punches and knife attacks not straight punches or kicks as he said this in the video ( if you actually watched it).A knife can travel high then low or vice versa if the person using the knife has level of skill most unskilled attackers just attack the same way repeatedly and the knife user will be in a temporarily defensive mindset after being punched in the face and will move backwards at this point the attacker will be under control and getting kneed in the groin repeatedly and will be unable to do anything. I do agree with your other points I'd rather use a stick or another weapon of opportunity and only go unarmed against a knife as a last resort.

Wing chun, Aikido and Krav Maga...are all the most delusional people in all of martial arts. All never seen in a real fight...because "It's too dangerous for any competition." Well...any tom, dick or harry can make that claim. "I have developed the best martial arts style." "Show us" "Can't. Too deadly."
