It goes back to Vinces philosophy. Especially back in the day, Vince wanted his guys to catch your attention if you were flipping through the channels. Hence, why WWE guys always looked jacked and phenomenal. And, especially today, you notice it because of how many small, less built guys are in wrestling now. And AEW embraces that so, as a result, they have a bunch of small unimpressive looking guys. You can say whatever you want about Vince, but i do think there is something to it. He got that having guys that look like Brock Lesnar are more likley to get your attention than having a bunch of Adam Coles or Young Bucks.

Also LA Knight and AJ are both older guys. One is 41 and the other is 46 and as a 38 year old man who trains his ass off I can tell you once you pass your mid 30's you're doing double the work for a fraction of the results. You're diet has to be meticulous or you're just going to have a layer of fat over you muscle and look like ass. Oh and if you decided to take a few weeks off and enjoy life it's going to take a few months to repair the damage because muscle falls of quick and fat jumps in even quicker. I always give middle aged guys who are shredded massive props because it's hard. Those guys are committed. It has to be a complete lifestyle commitment at that age.

Cody has lost quite a bit of muscle mass since his injury. When he went against Brock Lesnar, he didn't look out of place like, say, CM Punk in front of Brock.

There is no right or wrong answer, or way to be, in pro wrestling. But myself I lean towards the idea that the guy in the ring should not look like the people in the stands. Unless that’s their gimmick. So, should someone like Osprey look more jacked? Mm, maybe, prolly not necessary, I dunno.

Bias Marks, he probably looks like AJ Styles before his break, and none of these marks said anything about it. .WWE wrestlers are taking time off to stay Jacked, Lashley, McIntyre. Brock and The Rock need to be part timers to get away from being tested. Randy Orton also came back big. No way these guys are being tested as they should!

Big Kev is right. 20 somethings and early 30 something on TRT is looney. I'm 40 and now just thinking about it. Maintaining your weight or getting jacked is way harder at 40 then 27. 20 year-olds on the gas are crazy. 😂😂😂

I recommend it. My levels got low and I almost feel like I’m in my 20’s. I said almost because of the wear and tear on my joints I can’t lift free weights like I use to or go play basketball like I’m in my 20s. Other than that I don’t look my age and in some ways better because of muscle maturity. You have to get blood work done every 3 months and if your levels are too high they’ll lower your dosage or too low they’ll raise them. The bloodwork is also checking for important things. Its what your body produces naturally and the dosage keeps it at a natural level. I could go into more detail but bottom line is very safe if get it with a Dr and follow their exact instructions which are very simple. I recommend doing your own research because I’m no Dr. For me personally its improved my life tremendously and also caught another potential medical issue that I wasn’t aware of and now it’s no longer an issue.

No, most AEW guys look like shit. I'm Japanese and I'm embarrassed by the shape of the Japanese guys. Takeshita could stand to lose a few lbs of fat. Okada just has a terrible physique. Even a guy with shit genetics, like Gunter, made an effort to work on his body

It’s not just the physique, it’s the production of the show. People don’t realize the lenses, the camera angles, the lights, etc … all make a difference. AEW’s production is trash

To act like Will isn’t in good athletic shape is ridiculous, not everyone needs to be on the juice, thought we moved past that point after it contributed to the death of Guerrero & Benoit among others. AJ is one of my favourites but if anyone is going to pretend juice played no part in his physical transformation while he was gone or a lot of other wrestlers out there today for that matter then I have some magic beans to sell you.

I've seen some big tough looking fat guys in wrestling, and some seriously weak looking "shredded" guys. Being chiseled isn't everything imo. Samoa Joe just looks like he'd beat the s**t out of Action Andretti. Not that body doesn't matter, of course it does, but it depends on the wrestler

Yeah their is a difference in body shapes between AEW and WWE talent. But you can't tell me for one minute that a guy like AJ Styles and Randy Orton are "COMPLETELY CLEAN". What is AJ now 47 you don't look like that at 47 and aren't taking something to boost your testosterone and musculature. The same goes for Randy Orton. Who came back with legs like tree trunks. Sure WWE has a wellness policy but how much are they really enforcing it on ALL of their talent...(g)
