KPJ is such a great scorer but he’s been thrust into a role where he’s expected to run the offense and not necessarily be the one it’s run for.

@@tebonete it was underwhelming because of his consistency he couldn’t seem to find a balance between creating for himself and others resulting in some pretty ugly games percent wise he turned it over a lot too. I guess it’s a learning curve and that’s fair I just thought he would have been a bit better this past season

@@KEVINKEV You're the only one saying he's a bad PG.. From what I've seen and heard others say about him being a Ja Morant type guard isn't far off.. The backcourt would be the most athletic and give us the old rocket's feel of the days when we had Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley..

@statik4961 That just makes what I said all the more true. Players out here today suck! These slow azzez wouldn't stand a chance back when players actually played defense. I noticed shooting percentage is way down with players, even though defense is almost non-existent. Guys out here just aren't very good. The difference is in the work-ethic. Players today go off pure physical gifts, but don't put in the work to be a great player. This started happening around late 90s and on. Before that, people worked on their game for hours and hours. You could see progress from when they first entered and a few years into their careers. Laziness rules the NBA Today. Also, nobody has that killer instinct where they would do whatever it takes to win. Younger group reminds me of back when I smoked Mary J before playing. This is why it's not very fun to watch now. It's why the ratings have tanked. Only little kids watch it anymore.

Also the rule changes, like the abolishment of the illegal defense rule and hand-checking. There are plenty of killers in the league, they just won't get media attention. Giannis doesn't even workout with other players to make sure he doesn't get friendly with the competition and put in the work on his body to get to this point, he was very skinny and didn't excel at anything when he came in the league. You talk about marijuana, well how about the fact that almost every player in the 90s was off cocaine during, after, and before games?
