I never understood why Corey, Glenn, and some of the others get some much love but Kevin is often overlooked. Not to say the others I mentioned don't deserve their flowers. Just to say Kevin should be honored in that same vein.

I think that out of all three, Kevin is seen more playing with a band as opposed to being a solo organist or backing a preacher.

Rare jewel, one of the greatest to do it, also he’s one of many Powells, His brother Doobie is a bit more known, but all are master musicians and singers as well as song writers and much more 😅 I’ve been listening to them since early 2000’s

Thank you for rehearsing, lol, cuz cohesion is the mark of genius. The fusion of the songs and unique twists that touch that special part of your ear, just incredible.. When you hear songs you think you know how they go, then someone turned the lights on! Always a treat and so impressionable. Powell brothers-- amazeballs.
