Modern players are way more body smart than the players before but I always wonder why modern players with all kind of improvement in exercise science and technology cant develop touch like Denis Bergkamp and Zidane .........

I really respect the work ethic of Kevin prince Boatang . And I will never forget how he handled the racism towards him his years in Italy which place horrible for racism against the black players . He is mix of Germany and Ghaninan but he chooses his origin country dad roots and that’s amazing of him . I feel sorry for African players who are really shocked with racism . God created people to back or any other ethics . Iam only shocked that he went to Barcelona and his career became dead . Came back to England or Germany where u will be loved or I hope he goes to USA . And play mls talented need in USA and Iam American all the way proud to be . Go to Arsenal or Germany or England for any other club . I like his passion of hardwork ethic and how he trains reminds me the best okabenfinywa who is English man . And Cristiano Ronaldo

Not effective at all. At best ,they can improve the strength of your respiratory muscles. Otherwise nothing can emulate the mountainous atmosphere

2:41 um no, flys are when you lay on your back and bring the dumbbells to the center with straight arms. Those are lateral raises. It's great that you do videos like these, but if I'm honest your terminology and explanations on exercises are pretty often quite poor. I recommend looking a little more into a certain movement/exercise before explaining how it works, what it's name is and what it's doing :)

Joacinhof3style Oh my work is very accurate. How about YOU look more into the movement/exercise before you discredit the work. I’m sure you’ll find that there are many variations from standing dumbbell fly. The Latteral raises you talk about are a replica of the standing dumbbell fly which both engage your shoulder, back arms and muscles in your chest too. I’m not one of those fake it till you make it youtubers . I really Personal Train, do seminars, have gone through the courses and qualifications in real life.
