I don’t know the whole story, but this is what I think happened. We all know bob is/was a touchy guy. When he slapped him on the head, it probably wasnt that hard.. lets be real here. On top of that bob said that kevin tried to get more money for the tour. I think everything was pent up in kevin’s system and it came out in an angry slam. I dont think the slap was the only reason why he did it. It had to be a build up.
