I came to Hollywood nearly 2 months ago in hopes of moving my life forward. I came homeless, still am at the moment, I had all of my stuff stolen. I've had many reasons to just give up. But, I haven't, I've regained all the things I had stolen, I still have hopes of gaining that better life. And Kevin, you inspire me more than I thought. You and many other people that basically started from nothing. I continue to be hopeful.

I remember seeing a preview for Clerks and I was intrigued. Life happens and I was starting my own family. I totally forgot about Clerks and how much I wanted to see it. A couple years later and a divorce in the works, I suddenly became a single parent of two little babies. My ex abandoned us and I was left to raise my boys on my own. I discovered Mallrats at the local video rental store and did not realize that this movie was connected to this black and white movie I had forgotten about. I kept renting Mallrats for a good month straight. It was the only thing I watched on tv. Then I rented Clerks and was hooked to these Jersey flicks. I connected with these films on so many levels as they helped me overcome a tough time through my personal life with comedy... (Kevin -dick and fart jokes...keep'em coming). I want to say thank you to Smith and Mewes for entertaining us for so many years and many more to come. 👍👌🍭💚

I started removing Inoperable brain tumors when I was 10 years old, I am a friend of Kevin, Mews, Ben, Harley, Jen, and I am a fan of everything they have written. I have been very fortunate as a song maker to meet and befriend great writers. I am a childhood friend of Taylor Swift and when I found out she had been abducted I bought her a guitar and boarded a plane wearing a batman suit, and flew out to look for her. After we found Taylor we sang a bunch of the songs I had collected from the view askew universe and then I got Natalie Portman to surgically remove a 22 calibre bullet from my abdomen. It may not seem like a very believable story but it mostly is. Saving others from depression after life trauma is the mark of Penmanship. Everyone in Kevin's Immediate and extended family have great Penmanship. And Affleck was the Bomb in phantoms.

I remember my introduction to the View Askewniverse, November 1999. Soon to be 20 years since senior year of high school time spend in our so called "film club" which amounted to watching movies and hashing over them. Taking a "class trip" to see Dogma, at the insistence of a few of the other club members. Well hell, the movie had Chris Rock, George Carlin and Alan Freaking Rickman in it. I went to go see this, never suspecting that after that movie I'd be heading to a friends house to watch the rest of the movies in order, and been a fan ever since. Congratulation to the both of you. You two were already such a part of so many peoples lives with the work you've done, it's finally time you were given this kind of recognition. Thank you for entertaining us all for so many years. You deserve this, 100%.

First off congratulations I'm 47 followed you guy's since the beginning. This hard to say but I watched your interview on Thursday on Steve c. Late night. You was talking about your heart attack and how you felt . The next day my brother in law that's always been in my life had a heart attack Friday 10/18 at 58 years old . Didn't have the normal symptoms just said he didn't feel good. He passed leaving wife 3 older kids 1 a lynn MA police officer. So I want to thank you for talking about it and spreading awareness that it's not always your normal symptoms. Thanks . RIP Randy
