Kevin Smith is such a wonderful human being. His films may not be the favorites among film buffs but he understands people and emotions and situations that we all find ourselves in so we're able to relate to his work very easily. I personally also relate to him in that I myself am a Jersey boy from the same general area and I love hockey and actually I love only hockey as far as sports go. I have so much in common with Kevin besides anything I've mentioned and would love to meet him and just actually hang out in a non-professional setting where we just chill and maybe drink or get stoned and talk about all the things we are passionate about. That would probably be number one on my own personal bucket list because although I'd love to sky dive or see Rome etc. etc. The real reason I love life is just meeting people like myself and sharing all the things I'm passionate about. In my personal opinion he'd be the perfect person for me to chill and share all those things with. Can't wait for Clerk 3 and possibly a Mallrats TV series.

Btw, does anyone know how to get in contact with Kevin personally? I know I could easily call The Secret Stash and maybe get in touch but I know he lives on the west coast now and s it wouldn't be as easy as getting in touch with Walt or anyone who works at the Stash.

It is amazing how absolutely anything he is talking about is so completely funny or sad or emotional or educational but ALWAYS fascinating. No wonder Kevin is a writer because I love watching this man tell his stories. He seems to me to be so genuine and to find out all the movies he has been involved with that I loved and had no idea. I read a lot of the comments and I have to say this. I'm from Jersey. I'm not big like Kev (I'm actually, by definition, underweight), but I wear what I want and what I'm comfortable in. I live in South Carolina and still rock a 10 lb. leather trench coat with hoodie underneath because that's what I'm comfortable in and I know a lot of home staters are the same way. It's him, it's how he is. Does he sweat, yeah. Do I sweat in my attire, of course, but I'm comfortable and even though he does like going in front of people, I'd think a major part of getting through it is to be in your own skin. His is a few shirts, baggy jean shorts, and the iconic trench. He's not Hollywood or New York or Miami, getting all pressed up in some ridiculously over priced suit, or some ridiculously over priced designer bullshit "casual wear." He's bringing it his way, and in my opinion the Jersey way. Where what you feel best in.

***** I like the idea, but I kind of think (based on trailer) it's too much of a horror film. The idea is ridiculous and could be lots of fun, but I'm pretty sure the emphasis on horror will take away from his comedy and "philosophy". I'm still going to see it (if it'll come to my country) though, and I hope it will deliver.
