I finally got to meet Kevin Sullivan on 6-5-22 in Palmetto, FL at CWF event. He was my first intro into pro wrestling and I used to go watch him as a kid. He was very nice to me and I told a quick story about being the only person cheering him as he was spiking Dusty and the crowd was about to stomp me, and my dad had to get us out of there fast. Kevin laughed and was very humble. I called him Sir and Mr Sullivan the entire time. Super nice guy and I’ve always wanted to meet him.

Nate Mac,you are 100% correct.Its like having being able to go to in a time portal and view and understand classic wrestling.Kevin Sullivan was a great interview .Excellent wrestler ,promo and booker.He does not get enough credit

Kevin Sullivan is a legend. Remember watching him as a teen in California. He was a baby face at the time, and had a great angle with Alexis Smirnoff. Met him at Orlando International Airport many years later and he was so gracious. Talked for 10 minutes, mostly about his disdain for my St. Louis Cardinals t-shirt that honored the 1946 team that beat his Red Sox. One of the all-time greats. Thanks for this interview, Hannibal.

Kevin is right Hannibal has nailed it, a shoot interview with WWE branding is a paradox, no matter how many millions are spent in production. WWE would have to imitate The Hannibal at the stage to keep up.

Huge Kevin Sullivan fan! Remember watching him and Purple Haze in 1983 on channel 47 NY. Channel 47 was a Spanish channel and they were on at 11pm. Great memories!

RICK W ,I'm glad someone else remembers that.I grew up in Brooklyn Ny and watching CWF on the UHF channel was fantastic. Kevin calling Purple Haze out of the ocean was crazy and fantastic.Great Times

Ken Sullivan A.K.A. "Task Master" (Best Believable, and Original Gimmick of his era). Man!!!! This guy is a pro wrestling ICON!!!! Great wrestler, trend setter, excellent promo/ mic skills, Master Booker. One of the greatest wrestling minds of all time. Your love, and Committment for this business doesn't go unnoticed. I have a Ric Flair story. Years ago when I worked as a lift attendant at Snowshoe ski resort. Ric was skiing and came to the lift without a ticket. The ticket checker said you cant get on the lift without a ticket. Ric flips out blah blah blah, and says, "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM? I'M RIC FLAIR!!!!". The ticket checker says, "DOES IT LOOK LIKE I OR THESE OTHER PEOPLE GIVE A F... WHO YOUR ARE!!!!" TRUE STORY!!!!

Kevin Sullivan is my all time favorite. My favorite moment is when the fans boo Steiner and Cheer Kevin in Boston. I grinned ear to ear.

I was able to see Kevin Sullivan and Mark Lewin during their stint in Honolulu. Sullivan's interviews were legendary and sometime comical.

I REALLY WISH Frank Goodish...aka...."Brusier Brody" was still with us as He was known as a Very Private person.....BUT....I honestly believe he would have granted THE HANNIBAL an exclusive interview. I say this because Goodish, according to his Wife, was all about furthering the "Business" AND I'm quite positive he would appreciate the level of respect Devon has for his interview "subjects". There are many I'd love to hear speak...but Mr. Goodish is one that I believe ALL Rasslin Fans would love to hear....Cheers From Ohio

McMahon should have bought wcw but dressed it in a way that he didn’t have controlling interest. This would have allowed the competition to go on. They spoofed the idea with his son but there was no follow through. It was just an angle. If nothing else it would have been a good place to develop talent under the lights. They have the development center but they still hire talent from Roh tna new Japan etc.
