Napo is the son of the late Apagyahene, and a grandson of the late Asantehene Nana Sir Osei Agyeman Prempeh Ii. He was named after the late Asantehene Nana Poku Ware II. He is a grand nephew of President John Agyekum Kuffour . Fou your information, President Akuffo Addo's wife was a Sickler. She died of sickle cell complications.
