Left leg swoops through for counter-clockwise, Right leg swoops through for Clockwise

Word thanks man so 1 is keep both legs straight ,2 is left leg loops up 3 land right leg keeps the rotation going ? I spin counter clockwise

Yeah! Right now I'm working on holding my right leg in a pike while I throw through, that way it will still have the height for me to swing and continue for another airflare

Awesome to hear Pocket speak. You can feel the passion in his words when he describes the mechanics of the airflare. And with an inspirational teacher like that, I bet you some of these guys will get real good. Great Job Pocket and Kai Goh.

Shout out to Pocket for teaching his knowledge the moves he has mastered. So true that you "crash" a few times to learn a move & its mostly our mind (fear) that holds us back. HIP-HOP YA DON'T STOP!

Awesome. I wish I could speak for him. I can tell there so much more specific instructions he wants to give but the English limits him. What a gem in the bboy community we have in bboy pocket. I hope he passes his knowledge and passion for power moves onto many successors!

I think when you are very short these powermoves are a lot easyer. for tall people like me its a nightmare and very hard.

D Jam well, it may be true and I was thinking same as you, but when he stated in one interview that he practise 6 hours every day, I changed my mind. I don’t know any single person who practise bboying for 6 hours a day, and even not talking about specializing in powermoves, but I think you don’t know any too. It’s like full time job, lol. That dedication is unreal
