I have tried the rotisserie chicken on a sandwich with mayo spread on one slice of bread, a pinch of salt, rotisserie chicken pieces on top. On the second slice spread peach jam or preserves. (I use Bonne Maman preserves). Place the peach jam slice atop the chicken. Serve. Heaven! Hope you like it. Jingle Bells! Edit: What is the name and brand of your tea set? My mom gave each of us girls a special tea cup for our tea. Mine looks just like that. Brings back so many memories! Thanks for the Christmas gift!

I don’t know about the U.K. and I don’t live in either the U.K. or France but years ago when I was working in Paris, they had rotisserie chickens. They would move the rotisseries outside the shop so when you came up out of the metro after work in the evening, the aroma of chicken was the first thing that hit you. Smart move because they are oh so hard to resist.

I never forget ingredients because this is what I do. As soon as I finish with an ingredient, I put it behind me on the counter so that I know I’ve already used it and when I reached the end whatever’s left over is what I have haven’t used yet.
