Neil's description of the paradigm of stage parents made me think that studios should have people in a roll similar to the child advocates that are at times assigned by courts to be an impartial representative for the child's rights ( duly trained and licensed, of course )

the 30:08 "and that's why I'm gay" did not get properly appreciated

Appreciate the re-upload of this interview. Could the original air date be added to the description? It's weird to hear NPH talk about his boyfriend and not talk about being married with kids.

+thescowlingschnauzer They talked as if the third Harold & Kumar movie was yet to come out so I'm guessing this episode was originally put out some time in 2011?

+Alex Dickey Yeah, it's from waaaaay back in podcast years.

I know, a bit late for answering, but in case anyone cares about the date: The interview is from summer 2010, maybe directly August 14, 2010. I don't trust the description in this - read the verb "adopt" and judge for yourselves.

To this day Starship Troopers is a favorite. At the time I didn't realize it was satire, it was just entertaining.

I must debunk something. Everyone keeps calling George Hearn the original Sweeney Todd (including himself). He was not; he was the replacement and ended up on the video. The original Sweeney for the first year of the run was the great Len Cariou.

That's why Cariou is on the Original Broadway Cast album.

Doubt anybody is looking at this anymore, but what is the deal with Nathan Fillions episode? Looks like a content claim from doctorhorrible? How could that even happen?

No one "gives back" unless they wrongfully took. People "give" their time. It's called charity not, "giving back."
@Whatshisdude6 жыл бұрын
Not that I fully agree with this thought, I believe it is more so giving back to the universe all the good that has been given to them.

If someone gave their time / effort / consideration to you, you can give your own time / effort / consideration back to them. It's a *return* of good will.

Sadly Whoppi did not win for her stunning performance in 'The Color Purple'! Racism wins again...

Or she wasn't as good as the person who won.
