I’ve been using it for about 15 years. At this point, without onenote my life would collapse. Each freelance job I do gets tracked, hours logged, methods saved. Being able to search and pull up code from 10 years ago is super useful. It’s the one MS application I respect.

I use OneNote saved to OneDrive for my Sunday School, Sermons, and Bible Study. Each is a tab, each tab has a date, each date has sub section. So what I do on my PC I can open at church on my iPad. Great video as usual. Going to kinda miss the disclosure in future videos. 😉

Kevin, I don't know if you will ever read this: One Note was awesome, until it didn't sync with Microsoft on line, for some reason. I have no idea, I could not view my desktop files on my phone. I deleted the desk top One Note, and LOST ALL my files. I checked in my desktop trash and almost came to tears for the amount of stuff I had lost. Needless to say, I contacted Microsoft, but they were of little to no help. Since then, I've reverted back to using Evernote, which I had been using for the last 12 years or so. Evernote has never failed me. For me to get back to One Note will take a leap of faith - I know you're a Microsoft guy, but this is one product that drove me crazy from the 2016 version to it's current version, I lost everything that was on my desk top.

Hi Kevin, I watched your One Note video last night with great enthusiasm and added it to my brand new Mac Air. I thought I was getting the free version. Microsoft said I needed an Outlook Account. OK. Signed up. But then I wanted to use my Comcast account. MS didn’t recognize my PW. Yikes. Got a new one. This morning, I got into Word and I can’t DO ANYTHING!. Got the message: “Activate Office to CREate and Edit. Buy Office or sign in to activiate.” Yesterday, with the help of You Tube videos, I managed to transfer everything over to my new MAC. But now I can’t write on it. Suggestions? P.S. I’m a new subscriber. I loved your STYLES video so signed up and then watched the NOTES video. Ooops.

Differences among section, group of sections, and pages when using OneNote with examples - this is something I was looking for and would be helpful :)

After using one note my work has been more productive. Most issues i have is looking for files and notes i had before in random places. Now they are in one place and sync on my phone, tablets and laptop.

If a file was shared by the teacher as a part of notes, can we edit that file or will it result in changes in the teacher notes as well so probably need to create a copy before editing?

Hello and many thanks for the thorough and 'right to the point' explanation for MS Microsoft OneNote. As I am 64 years old I wanted to respectfully ask if you can slow down on the narrative explanation a bit (i.e. talk a bit slower). I found my self stopping the video several times so that I can understand clearly what is being explained.... as I said your presentation is excellent but as I am getting along in my years I am getting slower and need to take longer time to absorb content . Its just I who is slow. Also on the physical motors challenges; may I ask that you zoom in when you are indicating something on your desk top and delay a bit longer before shifting to something else in your presentation. Appologies for the long comment. Again I very much like your presentations which have really helped whilst deploying the apps. Kind regards
