The culture at this company needs to be investigated. There have been too many videos of different characters "Pretending they don't see Black Children". It's obvious, that these employees are acting intentionally. They know exactly what they're doing. They need to be fired, not put into a training/sensitivity seminar.

Being from NY, my parents took us to Sesame Place a handful of times. The particular area (Langhorne, Pa) is a very very very white area. My dad used to take us to car shows, and my mom remembers us going to some and us being the ONLY black people there.

So little Miss Rosita’s behavior was inexcusable but I will say that was not my experience at Sesame Place. My nephew had a ball. He was excited to interact with all the characters and they all greeted, hugged and took pictures with him. Sesame Place needs to weed out the bad employees.
