Besides the fact that representation is very important, many people grow up without ever being able to be open about their sexual orientation, seeing someone you can relate to live theirs in a natural way is something that can give you a different prospective on everything when you are still in the closet. I've been there and I remember her reaction that this is broadcasted live globally 30 sec before it started... which nobody said her before. She seemed to be shocked but went into it and done a quite professionally & great performance. Deep respect!

ik Ive commented on this before but I dont think anyone appreciates that fat bass enough, like damn the bass tone is amazing, and the audio mixing on this is also amazing (as always with KEXP, my favorite radio station)
