Question. I'm just scared of hitting my head on the ground of the pool when I push myself down to do the flip.

As long as you tuck your chin and your knees into your chest, you generally will be fine! But starting with flip turns in the deep end (if you’re comfortable) is a great way to start. Or doing somersaults in the water, away from the wall, can be helpful too! Let us know if you have more questions! Thanks for watching!
