🍗 KFS chicken wings:
Chicken wings;
Garlic;
Ketchup;

Paprika;
Flour;
Salt;
Water;
Sunflower oil.
Combine wings, garlic, salt, ketchup, hot pepper, paprika and flour. Mix everything and leave to marinate for one hour. Dip the wings in flour, then water and again in flour. Fry the wings for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 °C.
Sauce for meat:
Gooseberry - 800 grams;
Garlic - 100 grams;
Greens (parsley and dill) - 100 grams;
Salt - 2 teaspoons;
Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Beat everything in a blender and serve to the meat.
