I will play it by ear like if it gets too painful then I can check into a hotel but I'll be getting a big car where the back seats fold down flat level with the boot and buy a travel mattress or a decent single mattress and use bungie cords to keep it folded while not in use but like I said this could end up being a pipe dream to stay in the car but feel a car will still benefit me regardless

In the US a chicken fillet IS a breast. Sometimes a chicken fillet sandwich here is made with a whole breast. Sometimes it's made with a trimmed breast that's about 80% of the breast with the "tail" (narrow point near the bottom of the breast) trimmed away to make the remaining piece more round and less of a tear drop shape. Sometimes in America it's a half breast that's been split to make two sandwiches from one breast. The small muscle under the breast right up against the rib cage is called a chicken tenderloin in the US. It's absolutely not the same muscle as an equivalent muscle on cattle, but it's lean, small, long, and somewhat tender, so it has a lot in common with beef tenderloin. I find chicken tenderloins, or "tenders" as we're calling them a lot now, to be a really great cut to use in stir fry, boneless fried chicken, or lightly poached and eaten cold in a chicken salad. It's very delicate though so it has to be cooked very carefully and not overcooked because it dries out very easily. In the US we can get really great fried chicken sandwiches from Popeye's which is a national chain, and Wendy's does a pretty decent one too. Chick Fil A is supposed to be great, but I've only had it once and wasn't blown away by it. I think people really like their sauces, but I found the fried chicken fillet itself to be just fair. That of course is only relevant if you're in the US. I like to watch Dean because I like to see what he can get where he is.

I used to be a butcher and you're wrong, fillet is the the name given to a whole breast of chicken taken off the bone, that little bit on the inside is the tenderloin but commonly referred to as the mini fillet

The car I was looking at is the jeep avenger which is fully electric but depends on what if feels like once to seats are folded down in the back and getting lessons and stuff is something I should have done years ago but I was adamant I only like motorbikes

Yeah I'm gonna get a manual licence which means I can drive an automatic if I wanted to but if I went for a automatic licence I would have to do my test again if I wanted to get a manual one day and i am on the motobility scheme already
