Hi Friends. In today's video you can see how to cook KFC, which is very easy to prepare, but very tasty.

Marinate📍
Salt, hot red paprika, red hot red pepper and patato starch to taste.
oil
Soy sauce
Garlic optional.
Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours for the marinade ..

All the flavour are already locked inside the meat from the 24 hour marinade already, dipping them in water again won’t lose flavour but it will give it extra crisp on the second time it hits the flour

I thought the same thing but who knows maybe it causes some wet thick flour points which makes for those really crispy ridges in the end product. I was like what the heck but the end product looked amazing so I would try the same method and see what happens. This made me so hungry for chicken. I liked how he seasoned the flour as well. Flour, potatoe starch and hot pepper powder sounds simple yet banging

@@savini8234 they would getter a better a better flavour and more succulent chicken if they soaked overnight it in buttermilk then rolled in the spice mix it takes the flavour better too but thats not cost effective for KFC and thier rivals

Looks a lot delicious. You can use a hand wire basket to put the chicken that are all ready in the flour mix to the water. From the water shake the water manty times and return the chicken to the flour and mix it again then use the basket again and shake the excess of flour and direct to the hat oil.

Not really. When he poured that huge amount of chicken out, I thought "what a load of labor involved". Nope, took a meat cleaver right to it. Hacked through bones and all. Maybe a great cook. Meat cutter he's not.

You know, where we cut up ten piece fryers with a knife. We don't just chop through the bones. It's a skill, but this dude doesn't have it. Like I said, maybe he's a great cook. Write all that down.

Probably pretty good, but if you want kfc flavor, try adding some white pepper,black pepper, garlic powder, and a bit of dried thyme to the flour.
