Humanity is like a big garden, there're sages, roses, sunflowers, morning glories, lotus, crabgrass,even poison ivy. Sages spread their fragrance and try to awaken others. To live to our full potential is still the rights and responsibilities of each unique individual. The Truth that pointed out by each sage is still limited by their individual embodiment, time, space, length of existence, conditioning. We can only be inspired (in-spirit) by them, but following will be blind, against our own life force and hinder our growth. Imbibe the energy: Order, Love, Equality, Justice, Freedom, Intelligence, Joy, sparkling, pulsating, propelling in this beautiful garden we called humanity! Thanks K and friends.

My understanding: What is meditation - Meditation is to just observe choicelessly and excludes everything which commonly includes interpreting, exploring, seeking experience, having a specific goal to achieve. Why Meditate? Meditation quiets the mind as we are being completely attentive. A quiet mind sees the structure of conflicts and on complete understanding, conflict gets resolved. When there are no conflicts, there is greater intelligence. Steps to understanding deeply 1. To observe illusions, thoughts, conflicts, To understand the structure of violence and other harmful patterns, we need to see clearly 2. To see clearly, the mind must be quiet 3. Mind is quiet when it only observes choicelessly 4. Mind is quiet when free from noise - doesn't interpret, does a have a goal in mind, doesn't seek experience What meditation is not - Control/Concentration - No practise as it involves a method that has a direction, a goal Didn't get the use of meditation - Probably living to the best of the ability - In the silence of the mind, there is great understanding Please feel free to comment/correct/suggest to improve my understanding

I would add from my initial understanding of this extraordinary man is: - Love is key. - True love isn't romantic love or attachment that serves only (the image of) oneself. - This necessates the abandonment of self-centred desires, which originates from the idea of independence which may be a mere symptom of the social dynamics that forces you to adapt as a child using this image of (you/I). It includes everything you think is right or wrong, okay or not okay. For me, I see that I always fall a prey of overthinking and negative feelings of being a victim when I indulge in contemplations on that basis. That is maybe the reason of instant relief acquired by helping others; it deeply and practically reinstates the actuality of oneness. In conclusion, true love is essential to spontaneously "meditate", become more aware, courageous, clear minded, compassionate, generous, and content.

meditation doesn't exclude the aspects you point out in your definition. Exclusion is a form of control. If you are analyzing or have a goal in mind, choicelessly observe that. Watch without directing the mind. If you choose to exclude, then you are already making a mistake, in terms of choiceless awareness

Order comes from understanding disorder. True order happens about without any effort when there is the understanding of disorder. Effort causes distortion. Trying to control creates division & conflict. Let things be. Everything is perfect the way it is.

I’ve experienced this, what we call meditation and mantras actually has a dulling affect on the mind after sometime and will take you out of the blissful state over time. Perhaps being in such a heightened state allowed me to see this truth as I “came down.” It becomes a routine and one becomes mechanical. People often just want to be told how to do or attain and follow another. One must find their own way and that starts with understanding oneself completely.

See we need to understand that we are what we think ,crave, do repeatedly. So if we feed our mind with with divine thoughts, we will definitely create a divine space within us. We need to understand that we are much more than body and mind. Everything looks good in balance . If you, every time adopt sceptic attitude , you will miss the beauty of having oneness with the LIFE FORCE which is everywhere and in every one In every video, K us talking about what is wrong in religion, or man, but rarely i have seen him appreciating the Divine
@gdsomtube13 жыл бұрын
I think he is on purpose downplays traditional approach to divinity. I had the same view about K that he sees all the negative in life nothing positive . But if you listen other lectures he touches the truth, beauty n love thing not directly saying it as divinity but it is divinity for him but he refuses to label it. Another thing his approach is “through negation you discover positive “ rather than with pre learnt knowledge/ concept which is the traditional religious way therefore he tries to deal this subject directly which is easily relatable in life like discussing human disorder, anxiety, confusion etc etc which is more tangible than the traditional approach of religion which is positive to put it simply there is truth out there go seek it while K seems to suggests if you understand your daily life disorder etc you will arrive at the same door which religion also point 🙏🏾

I don’t know why it pleases me to hear ‘somebody somewhere will understand’ Is it because I think his audience were all fools and it is only to my discerning special ears many years later on KZfaq that he directly speaks. How dangerous the self is, ever waiting to latch on and flatter itself even with the most innocuous of words of a very careful speaker.

after Jiddu renounced any organisations, how on earth can this 'official channel' and 'krishnamurti foundation' claim any copyright, on Truth, which is not to be sold or possesed or witheld.. Both have obviously misunderstood what Krishnamurti taught, to cast off al Gurus and Religions, and to not have leaders or organisations seeking awakening, as that makes it impossible, due to this behavior being based in the gredy self centered pathological thought process, lost in its own desires.

Meditation should not be self hypnosis: the most easy comfort trap is following a chant or music Or breathing suggested by monk or trainer Observe yourself without any support, with out any external system. To Understand orderness to understand disorderness. Control = suppression, rejection, division leads to conflict
@Enavor2 жыл бұрын
Meditation is a "timeless" action. It's a state of non-duality where the intellect becomes so sensitive it realises it causes duality, like a knife which cuts a banana and the bananas parts think they're separate entities, and in that realization, is no longer discerning or discriminating creating duality. Such a state of the intellect is known as the "witness state". It observes duality, but in that observation is no longer participating - it is spectating. The mind will always create duality, it is time-bound and creates knowledge and then acts in that knowledge, it's designed that way, that's a fact, but in that realisation there is actually no time. Then it goes further. My dualistic experiences are not the same as K's, but realising the intellect causes duality, therefore creates these experiences, which creates the ego, just as K realised it means, in that state, you and he are the same... even though experience makes you think you're different. That means, if you achieve that state, K didn't die, he still observes but now through you and your experiences (which is still him). Wish I could explain it better, but the explanation is egoistic and causes me to be distinct from you. The fact is there's no distinction. It's extremely hard to intuitively get this...
