When JK says the observation is the insight - observing your mind brain and the nervous whole ( without any motive or direction ) changes the momentum of past - that looks like the way to- however how to do this observation has anyone done - could that be shared; the how

Sit without motive, sit without seeking anything. As a thought arises do not interact with it, notice it. That was a thought about... drop it. The moment of interaction is back intertwined with the ego mind. Just watch them don't judge worry fear be happy with the quality or content. Eventually they are offered less and less do to lack of interaction. Light & Love to you.
