I've been averaging 15k views a day with my corny ass type beats lol. With one video currently at 2.5 mill. My beats aren't all that great. But understanding marketing, that's where it's at! As far as monetization, like you said. There's many ways to monetize. And this video right here makes me realize what my next move is, which is to start making tutorials and sharing my view on things. Can you define "producer" from your perspective? Cause making money is one thing, but actually BEING a producer is another. And that's the problem the whole music industry is facing today. It is literally overloaded with myriads of people considering themselves producers. Music production is all about the passion for making your own music, your own sounds, your own creations. It's like art. It's not about becoming rich or famous or selling yourself as a product. To be honest this video is quite delusional and misleading. I bet if 100 random people do all that stuff mentioned in this video none of them will make money. And I seriously doubt any of them will become a real producer.

If you want to make beats, 1.get a beat making program (google) 2. search youtube on how to make beats with it, copy what you see. Keep it simple. The short answer to your question is 'by practicing'. You can do it bro, just try and practice.

Thank you for sharing your story bro! It takes a while to figure out how to make money with your craft. In addition to rapping for 10+ years, I started to make money with other skills like Mixing (4 Years), Video Editing (3 Years), Beats (1 year). This video gave me more inspiration to keep going!
