Synopsis:::
Sankha Sindurer Dibbi is a social drama which portrays the scenario of brother and sister’s love. Pakhi and Sukumar lost their mother at their childhood. Pakhi was then brought up by her grandmother and brother Sukumar. They were guided in life by Dinu who loved Pakhi as her sister. Pakhi’s behaviour impressed Mohitosh Chakraborty and he readily accepted her as his daughter-in-law. But being modern his son, Sajal didn’t accept her as his wife and this created trouble between them Pakhi tried many hard to impress Sajal but failed. Along with Sajal’s grandmother, Sajal’s mother, Surama drove Pakhi out of the house with false blemish of her affair with Dinu. But later Mr. Chakraborty came to know everything and decided to apologize. Understanding his wife’s love for him, Sajal also accepted Pakhi and the entire family went to apologize to Pakhi and bring her back. At the end after mingling everyone, Dinu left for another village creating a sweet memory for him in everyone’s heart.
