Fun fact that sora also means sky and emptiness. Also void too. Sora means sky and Vanitas means vanity or emptiness. There's a connection between two of them. Vanitas was saying the same thing when ventus told vanitas at the keyblade graveyard. They are much alike we might think.

Why? Because the planet itself is a spherical being bathed in the blueness of both sky and water even as it encompasses all of the beings who live upon it. If the flute playing kokop'ele may be said to be the sound of emptiness, then blue is its color. Now I talk: And how is Vanitas character file title named ? VANISH INTO THE BLUE. This is why I like Vanitas. He's much more three-dimensional than most people give him credit for. A rather tragic figure. His actions are in no way excusable or justified, but it's really hard not to feel sorry for him.

Vanitas was created from the extracted darkness from Ventus's heart. Darkness doesn’t usually display the best parenting skills. Sad😢

I don't understand why these weren't part of the actual game in some way or another, or even part of the DLC. I mean, most of these (and I say "most", 'cause some like Roxas' are just reiterating what we already know; Riku's one did this better though) gives us more info on these characters than the game ever showed. It makes me realise more and more that the writers don't seem to know what they're doing. Why should we HAVE to look up character files that's separate from the game just know how well developed the characters really are? They mostly just left it up to interpretation, which wasn't even done that well either for majority of the Organisation; Marluxia for one thing didn't seem nearly as interesting in KH3 as he does in these files =( seriously, learning all this would have only made the game better. So to sum up... none of this... makes sense to me...

Wanted to comment this on your most recent vid in hopes you’d see it. (Big fan for years, btw) I have this theory that Clockwerk used the metal from Le Paradox’s crashed ship to turn metal/immortal. He hated the Coopers for reasons he said in the original game, plus his eggs being stolen. Clockwerk hates Sly because his ancestor killed his children and Sly hates him because he killed his parents. Also, Clockwerk killed Sly himself in ancient Egypt. That’s why he says “You will never be rid of me”. They’re in a continuous loop of murder spanning generations. He kept the Coopers alive by leaving their kids so that he’d have someone to hate so he could live forever. “Revenge is the prim ingredient in the fountain of youth” “I’ve kept myself slice for hundred of years on a steady diet of jealousy and hate.” I hope you found this. The issue with vanitas still being in ventus is that Ven is pure. If vanitas stayed in ventus then he shouldnt be pure anymore. Vanitas moved from ventus to sora.

I still don't really like Vanitas, but he's a much more sympathetic character to me now

A lot of the characters are more depth than many give And then you have shit posters like Just a Pancake and others just making it worse. Hell most people don't get the Vanitas scene.
