One thing I liked most is when Hassan says that he enjoys feeding Kunal more than Kunal enjoys his served meal. This is straight from the heart of one who really enjoys watching somebody eat his dexterous preparation.

my granny always used her hands and never used spoons to measure any masalas (dry or wet) and the taste was awesome. I use measure ingredients and there isnt any taste at all. There was something in my grand mothers hand that brought the taste in everything. Miss and love you Grandma always!

Have you guys also tried the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani OMG 🤤 its simply amazing and during lockdown if you're unable to visit, then why not try making it at home 😀 I recreated the Niyaaz Original Belgaum Biryani recipe at home and it was delicious 🤤

I just love the way Kunal Sir enjoys his food while eating.. Unlike other food bloggers.. He takes ample quantity.. And eating with hands is our tradition..n we shd not be ashamed of it.. There are so many who pt out at people who have rice with their hands.. But only with hands who get the real feel n taste of food

Great episode, mouthwatering biryani. Minor nit: aloo Bukhara is actually a cultivar of plum, slightly different from apricots. Same family of fruits but not the same. Aloo bukhara has a flavour that is very distinct from that of an apricot.

i love cooking i have seen many hyderabadi style biriyani recepies on youtube. this by far is the most innovative and the coolest biriyani recepie ever. the combination of the use of that hyderabadi style with the addition of pinapple specially is genius. cos it really helps to tenderise the meat and also adds flavour and cuts down on the richness of curd and ghee through its sweetness along with the apricot!!

u cant blame anyone for nepotism now what they do leave acting because there fathers and mothers were good actors what if someones parents owns a pharmacy should there son/daughter not own the pharmacy and yes if someone really is bad they are thrown out after some time like abhishek bachan ... although i think he is a decent actor but yes mostly for women it does not matter because bollywood doesnt care about womens acting it only cares about eye candy

The biryani looks absolutely delicious a complete dish. Funny part was how many times obliviously the host pronounced the owner’s name incorrectly Hassan and each time he was corrected by Ahsan but made no difference lol. One of my favorite episodes genuine people.

This is a very famous place. Here everyone can go and eat. For families there are individual rooms service where 10 to 20 people can nicely eat. During Ramadan Eid and Hajj there are orders placed by business people and they deliver hot hot delicious Biryani to the addresses given to them. Alhamdulillah!

When it comes to Biryani every region has its uniqueness! Hyderabadi biryani, kolkata biryani, Lucknowi biryani, our Bangalore Donne biryani, Ambur Biryani, Malabar biryani .. all are best and uniquenes in their tastes and flavours! Yet i love this biryani looks very rich and delicious!

We used to watch " the foodies show" in TV every Sunday morning. Those were our good ol' days. The same, impeccable style of delivery of Kunal ji. How many of the viewers can relate to those wonderful days ?

Now the rates of chicken is almost 400 in Pakistan and mutton here in Delhi is about 600 So mutton biryani is not much costly in India

I am from Malabar region in Kerala and have been eating Biryani all my life. Presently I live in Germany and I do miss home made Biryani but love to cook and do make Biryani once in a while and my friends here love it. Someday I would love to try Jaffarbhais Biryani too it looks very very delicious indeed.
