जय मां भद्रकाली, कुनाल जी जितना भोजन करना हो उतना ही थाली में लेना चाहिए कदाचित,जूठा कर छोड़ना नहीं चाहिए शास्त्र अनुसार,एक थाली में थोड़ा थोड़ा भोजन रखकर फिर खाना चाहिेए, बहुत बढ़िया फलाहारी व्यंजन आपने दिखाया और बताया ।।

So fond of Soam. Not only is their regular fare so good, the willingness to innovate and have a new menu with some regularity sets it apart. I stayed in Amdavad for 2 years and whenever i miss that city, Soam becomes a mandatory must visit place and it never disappoints.

Best dish in Upwas is "Aloo ki subji". Aur maja to tab hai jab wo aise hi khayi jaaye, matlab sirf subji. And yes Shrikhand Puri means "Sukh" Kunalji,

सर वा काय नजाकत आहे तुमच्या जेवणाच्या पद्धती मध्ये.....तुम्हाला खाताना बघून माझ्या तोंडाला पाणी सुटले. नॉनव्हेज खाण्यावर जितका तुम्ही जीव लावता तितकाच आज पहिल्यांदा व्हेज खाण्यावर जीव ओतून खाताना पाहिलं आणि तृप्तीचा अनुभव झाला..... सर तुम्ही वजन बरेच कमी केलेले दिसते आहे.....तुमचे जुने म्हणजे सगळे व्हिडीओ माझ्या पाहण्यात आले त्यात जेव्हा तुम्हाला पाहिले त्याही पेक्षा आता सद्या तुम्ही तरुण दिसु लागले आहात विजय सर..... तुमच्या बोलण्याचा आणि तुमच्या पेशकशी ने तुम्ही आम्हाला तुमच्याकडे ओढून घेता सर..... धन्यवाद !!!!

Even for me the accompaniment is the one that completes the dish , chutney for idly , thecha for everything, pickle for paratha or even dal khichdi chutney for samosa..list is endless ..etc etc etc 🙂..
