I like His style In sunbow really interesting I am a Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner I've been training for 3 years The only issues that I have is my stand up game really I'm a one handed fighter due to a disability and I'm looking for modified throws and control I only have you so my right hand So that there's any way you can help me out that would be great that you preciated

Yes. It can work out as the initial step to proceed into mount or side control.

Ok- so I tried this and when I sit up, I have my full weight, opponent's legs and my right foot all on top of my left calf. Is that correct? Because it was a lot of pressure on my left calf which hurt like hell and honestly when the opponent was trying to free their legs, my balls felt like they were somewhere worse than hell. 😬

Thank you for the question. It’s really hard to tell what was wrong with the position without looking at it. Your physiology, applying pressure, weight distribution, the exact spot on the legs where you tied them up - each of it could be the reason.
