Khaddama is dubbed movie of Gaddama Indian Malayalam-language drama film co-written and directed by Kamal. It stars Kavya Madhavan in the title role and was produced by P. V. Pradeep under the banner of Anitha Productions. Cinematography is by Manoj Pillai and the film was edited by K. Rajagopal. The film features songs composed by Bennet Veetraag and the background music is by M. JayachandranProduction executive Sanjay padiyoor

The title of the film is a colloquial version of the Arabic word Khadima (Arabic: خادمة "servant"). The film narrates the story of some immigrants in the Persian Gulf region through the life of a housemaid in Saudi Arabia. It is scripted by K. Girishkumar and Kamal and the story is based on a feature by K. U. Iqbal, published in Bhashaposhini, depicting the real-life incidents of a Kerala-born housemaid in Arabia.[2] Principal photography for the film began in October 2010 and took place mainly in the Middle East. After a special screening in the last week of January, the film made its theatrical debut in Kerala on 4 February 2011. The film's release was banned across the Middle East.[3]

I am speechless about these actor's , I love the way they acted like 100% real. I am also in saudi Arabia and i have spended time with badhuos. All badhuos not bad like that character, I have friend many friends from badhous they are very humble and lovely people but many people have the same character like movie characters here in ksa .

There are good and bad people all over. The wealth and money make people wild and cruel irrespective of the geography and race or religion. The story of this movie is fine tuned and all the characters are balanced. If there are bad people like the sponsors, the so called kafil, there are people like Razzaq who tried to help everyone in need. That should be the religion of all human beings to strive for others to help so that all live with dignity. Congratulations to the makers and directors of this movie.

ماهذا غير صحيح فالسعودية ليست كذلك هناك اسائه كبيره وغير مقبوله نهائيا فالسعوديون اصحاب خير وفضل ودين وخلق ويحترمون الجميع ولا يقبل ذلك من الهند فالفلم غير مقبول ويجب منعه ودليل عدم صحته انه لم يكلف على نفسه بالتصوير في السعوديه او ممثلين سعوديين فهناك مغالطات كثيره جدا في الفيلم ومن يعرف السعوديه والعمل فيها يرى ذلك

Very emotional. It's relatable to the stories I have heard about that country . I have lived 14 years in saudi arabia. In spite a Muslim , I am ashamed that the Muslim countries behaviours are like that, they torture the maids and the workers who come from India ,Pakistan , Bangladesh like that type of countries. Not all the countries , but the nature is very good in Saudi but the behaviour of ( so called ) kafeels is similar to that. They are just now in their traditional dresses and they have money but they don't have manners, respect towards their religion and the holy country they are living in.
