Skadi is equipped yet again for quick card support but brings buster cards into the fold with crit support. She also sports a damage dealing NP this time and is quick the capable quick looper in her own right! In this complete analysis we'll be covering her kit, how it stacks up to competition, how she works on a mechanical level, how much damage she can dish out, CE options and more!

Skadi is complex when we begin to compare her to her caster counterpart. She does a bunch of things different and in some cases better. I'm of the opinion as a meta support that everyone should consider rolling for her. Whether or not you do is up to you, but she works well both with a duplicate of herself and her caster form as each can provide some unique advantages. How do you guys feel about Summer Skadi? One more reason to roll for summer skadi: you can still use double skadi even when you are not allowed to bring friend support servants such as most of the advance quests. Buster system that relies on CD reduction collapsed in this situation

Fun fact: the double Quick double Buster deck that Summer Skadi loves to play with is, unless my math is wrong ( which it very well might be ), the second most common deck for Servants with Quick NPs. Im sure this has been discussed before, but a way to "fix" quick looping might be: At the end of the turn, stars left over (51+) get converted to NP charge at a rate of 1 star to 1%. Currently, overcharge stars are actually useless. This would make them relevant.

They could also make it so that any number of stars above 50 are carried through to the next wave.

I'm thinking about something like a Calamity Jane skill where there is an effect per number of stars. Something like: 10 Stars - NP Gain 20 Stars - Atk Up 30 Stars - Quick Up Though gaining over 10 left over stars might be difficult sometimes.

As quick (at least originally) was the card type leaning into stars, I think one nieche it could assume is of carding a wave, I wish we got a support that could guarantee one or more cards, or maybe just one quick card, of a chosen servant to make it consistent. I say this as buster has pretty much stolen quicks only "role" in being able to have plenty of stars.

The one thing that does concern me is the buster crit support. So many of my options only have 1 buster card, which feels really awkward. It makes Caster Skadi feel better to me still. Rolling her for the future is still a smart move. Also I actually quite like her final ascension, so I'm partial to that.

Depends on what you are planning to roll for. We are going to get back to back quick loopers with the BBQQA deck. Hell, two of them are so similar, you might get confused with the skill effects

Skadi is great and all, but it is absolutely atrocious that we do not have a low star support for quick or any more of any rarity for that matter. Arts has 5 5 star supports and Buster has 3 who do different things. Idk why it’s so skewed

Quick support has another option whom nobody wants to talk about. Osakabehime.😅 For low rarity... you can have Bartholomew and Alexander Lili but obviously without np gauge bonus.

@@uselesshero.officialBartholomew is not a quick support though. Sadly, his quick up is not team wide. He does everything else( starweight drop, crit up, np charge, damage buffs, star bomb), so it's pretty disappointing that his quick up is for himself

@@amai2307 Idk man Okki came to me when I was at my bottom. Skadi refused me so many times but Okki came with just one tick. With her own charge and kscope I could np her and my quick farmers like Atlanta, Parvati, Achilles, Zerklot and Voyager would get decent quick up and along with Friend's skadi and Alex Lili/ chiron/ Yelena/ Waver farming wasn't all too bad until harder Cqs and 90+ nodes came into the picture which forced me to shift towards buster more ( which I don't actually hate) . Heck it wouldn't be far fetched to say Okki is actually Himiko of quick ( I mean literally their quick or buster up depends upon the np level) so even though she wasn't as good as skadi she wasn't bad at all.

You know what this game needs? Caster scathach. No I'm not crazy hear me out. Don't tell me you aren't hot for a gothier Scathach. I know I am. Make her like a middle ground between Castoria and Merlin but with green flavor skills. Evasion enforcement on her NP which protects evasion from sure hit and pierce invuln. Give her a party evade on a skill, throw down some quick effectiveness up, some stars per turn somewhere, maybe as passive. Give her crit up, some party np charge per turn somewhere, just go a little nuts. Make her competitive with Castoria. Unimaginative maybe but it will actually put quick back on the map outside of farming.

Aye, one of quick biggest weakness is lack of defensive support. Most of the time if quick loses HP that is permanent. You don't have merlin support to heal or to buff max HP. If skadi ruler NP have increase max HP like osakabe hime. That would help tremendously in prolonged fight.

I mean if all you care about is the Yui synergy there are f2p options in DaVinci ruler or Helena caster. Regardless S.Skadi is worth pulling but not a must pull

I was hoping to get a comparision of Quick DPS/ s.skadi x2/oberon Vs Quick DpS / s.skadi x2/ skadi Teams In addition to that more unto her support capabilities, what can she bring to the table in quick teams in current environment inspite of quick limitations, in terms of damage numbers, certain support capabilities by enabling certain older quick dps to be able to use black grail, etc. These aspects i was looking forward to in your review while clicking for the video but found them missing.

Well, my roster is mostly Quick type but Castoria seems to be a really good support slightly better than SSkadi but again my Okitan Saber can't loop for farming, so which one should i prioritize to have then, Castoria or SSkadi? Also Out of topic. Which one should i invest more? Liz Cinderella 80 10/10/10 or Ushi 90 9/9/9? Jason 90 10/10/10 or Barghest 80 NP1 10/10/10? Cu Alter 90 NP1 1/6/1 or gacha for Shinpachi/Bakatoria? N.b : i adore ushi more than liz, i often use best doggo than chad captain, i love the badassery of Shinpachi's extra attack ,and i love my wife castoria (even though i failed to get caster ver) Helpes me o' fellow master

Now I have Koyan assassin, Skadi Caster, Castoria 100% I roll for Summer Skadi Proto Merlin, does she just the same as Merlin? Summer Ibuki, do I need to roll until Np2? Since I have Summer Musashi Np1... with my 500sq......

Chaldea Uniform - Decisive Battle (the one you unlock from completing the Tunguska prologue). It has the same order change skill as Chaldea Combat Uniform, but the offensive buff gives both attack up and NP damage up, so the damage scales better, especially with Oberon.

Skadi 1.5; I don't hate her as a unit or as a character, only as a symptom of Quick's treatment by Lazystaff. Considering how the desire sensor works, I'm more likely to get her over LA--assuming I have anything left after Ferlin at all.
