The story is a revenge saga that unfolds against the backdrop of the ancient tradition of Khaie, where the male members of an enemy's family are eliminated to stop the continuation of their lineage. At the center of this age-old vendetta are Darwesh Khan, Duraab Khan, and his son Channar Khan, with Zamdaa, the daughter of Darwesh, bearing the heaviest consequences.
Darwesh Khan is haunted by his father's murder at the hands of Duraab Khan. Seeking a peaceful life, Darwesh aims to broker a truce to end generational enmity. However, suspicions arise, and Duraab Khan and his son Channar Khan doubt Darwesh's intentions for peace.
Despite the genuine efforts of Darwesh, a kind-hearted man with a message for peace, a tragic turn of events unfolds during a celebration at Darwesh's home, causing immense suffering for Zamdaa and her family.
Will Zamdaa bow down in front of her enemies? If not, then will Zamdaa be able to take revenge on her family culprits? Will Zamdaa find allies in her journey, or will she face her enemies alone?

junior actors and people in background are Pathans but main leads are punjabis and Muhajirs with fake accents and racial differences. One can tell the difference. Chnnar Khan boys are Pathans. Also, abducting women can never happen in Pashtuns. This can cause a tribe war. They are mixing Punjabi culture in it to make it more relatable to Indic viewers who are used too of Bollywood.

Khalid Butt has done huge amount of roles starting back from PTV, and as an audience i think this (Khae - Father of Faisal Qureshi) - was the biggest role I have ever seen him in. But sadly he passed away before seeing how much people will be praising his acting! Sad very sad

اس ڈرامہ میں جو کچھ بھی دکھایا گیا ہے۔ ہمارے پختوں کلچر میں ایسا کچھ بھی نہی ہے۔ بلکہ اس ڈرامہ پختون کلچر کا مزاق اڑایا گیا ہے۔ مانا کہ پختون کلچر میں غلط چیزیں بھی ہیں۔ لہکن اس ڈرامہ تو تامل فلموں کا رکارڈ بھی توڑ دیا ہے۔ ایک جاہل بندہ دراب خان جو کہ درویش خان جو اس کی سے صلح کر چکا تھا اس کے پورے خاندان کا قتل کر دیتا ہے پھر اوپر سے اس خاندان کی لڑکی کواغوا کرکے اس کا بیٹا اس سے شادی بھی کر لیتا ہے اور مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ۔ پھر وہ جاہل دھندھاتا اسی خاندان کے گاوں آجاتا ہے اس لڑکی کو ساتھ لے کر اور درویش خان کے گاوں والے کوئی اس کو کچھ نہی کہتا۔ very funny and pathetic story
