How to make Khaima Unde Saaru/Meat Ball Curry in easy easy steps.
Ingredients:
Minced Meat / Khaima / Kheema - 500g
Gram Flour - 2 table spoon
Onions - 1 large chopped
Tomato paste - 2 medium size
Red chiilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder -Half Teaspoon
Dhaniya powder -1 teaspoon
Jeera Powder - Half Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Green chillies 7-8
Fried grams - 2 table spoon
Coriander leaves- small cup
Mint Leaves - small cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Oil 3-4 table spoon
Mutton Masala or Garam Masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind Pulp - 2 teaspoon
Cinnamon-- 4-5 pieces
Cardamom- 3 -4
Cloves- 4-5
Grated coconut- small cup
Water as required.
