When I listen to sh Khaled it makes me think of a bee that collects nectar from different flowers to produce pure honey and pollinates the minds he engages with in contrast to those that are apposed to his approaches or methodology like being addicted to fructose corn syrup. We need more truthful scholars and not crowd pleases.

Had to get George Makdisi's book on Ibn ‘Aqil after this talk. Been holding off because it's pricey and hard to get. Always wanted to read it after reading Shaykh's beautiful chapter 59 titled, The Scholar's Road in his The Search for Beauty in Islam: A Conference of the Books.
