Such a gem person donating other’s money, Shoba haven’t paid 100s of suppliers, scanning millions, not giving salaries, so in a nutshell we are donating to charity without knowledge

My friend and many others I know worked in Sobha in business bay office and didn't get the salary for months. They eventually got in to other jobs and I know they still haven't received the settlement. My friend got a lawyer and paid fees when she had nothing in her hand. Case reached no where and no action taken against them. Hopeless she went to get the insurance amount which is like 3000 or 3500 via the tadbeer or some centers, borrowed 150 from me and paid the charges to get the insurance amount. Fews days later we were hopeful and went to the center only to realise that the amount was released but court took it as charges. Didnt quite understand. So all I want to say is first have a look inside of your company and do charity later.

Why can't you settle your employees' salaries and EOSB yet, check Sobha Interiors ex-employees' dues and settle them as soon as possible.

I have worked for 3.5 years in Sobha and got salary for every single month and very much on time. Now I am a vendor for Sobha and they are paying on time to me and as far as I know to other vendors too. Honesty and Quality is the key of Sobha's Success!

For my experience, I went to shobha interview with my friends in dubai, then I realized lots of poor fellows like us came for the interview with lot of expectations but, unfortunately we find very sad situations of peaple work for him. Without salaries low paid actually, they are offering engineers only 2000 DHS. very bad experience, and they use peaples. Without benefits.after all I selected the second last stage and we have the final exam contacted in sobha Heartland. Rejected 😊. Thanks to God now, I'm working fully satisfied with my job.

I my self worked for sobha three months managed to sale my commission was given and salary 14,000aed even the months I didn’t sale I was later separated because I didn’t reach my target and I have no issues with sobah, I love sobah with all of me and am still selling sobah the only real estate Co among I can ever work for that welcomes all nationalities, he is a very good man and am super proud of him, if you go to sobah and think ur going to collect salaries your in a wrong place and not professional you better stay away
