I am in class 12 and I want to open a world best School all over. A place where teacher and students will study all subjects and producing Best Engineers, Doctor and Importantly best human beings in all Continents.

One thing which I struggled with throughout my first semester of college was learning a complex topic on my own, regardless of had taken advanced placement classes in highschool, I found myself overwhelmed with the actual exams because there wasn't a single "easy question" on them. I procrastinated alot, and as a result my grades suffered.. they were horrible. Although, Meta-cognition or learning about the way one learns, came much later in my degree, I did benefitted from going over the higher order thinking (H.O.T.S) it talked about analyses and evaluation, in their abstract approaches but that ended up introducing or rather incorporating arithmatics to my solving techniques... as in, breaking the question down into components, noting the relations among the variables, etc.. it was almost always iterative.. but I don't think there is anything better than iterations, specially when you are trying to solve your way "through" the problem... also, I had to learn to control my test-anxiety because there were times when I would punch in 8 + 0 into my non-programmable calculator... just to double check... I was so astonished at myself that I instinctively turned my head towards my friend, sitting to my left and told him about it... mid-exam... I got kicked out... first time..

My big burning question (out of utter curiosity) is that how are you, YOU, able to have such a strong command on almost on any subject? What IS your speciality area? You are such an inspiration for all teachers around the world. I have watched your videos about business, economics, AP biology, mathematics and so much more. really appreciate replicating the model. I'm keen on starting such lab school in sri lanka and already working on it. Is there a way to learn about the school model, what kind if experiments going on?. I'm mainly focusing on mathematics lab.

How is mastery-based education applicable to developing writing and critical thinking skills (a la philosophy or english)? Typically a teacher will grade papers and that's how the students receive feedback, but as in math, that can produce the situation where students progress to the "next level" with that 20% skill gap.
