Besan (gram flour) - 3/4 cup
chopped raw potato (kaccha aloo) - 1 cup
chopped onion - 1 cup
chopped green chili - 2
chopped fresh coriander - 1/2 cup
salt - 3/4 tsp OR to taste
red chili powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
aamchur (dry mango) powder - 1/2 tsp
ajwain (carom seeds) - 1/2 tsp
hing (aesofoitida) - 1/ 4 tsp
