Few comments, Please get out of the mentality that western culture is superior. 1. People greet there because the populations are less. In India or Pakistan if you start greeting people you will spend your entire day just doing that. We do greet people we know. Though keeping a smiling face anyway is never bad 2. On the question of house help (maid/bibi), it has to do with the economics, since labour is cheap in subcontinent that is why we have such services. Only rich people in west have BIbis or maids I agree on the punctuality and general mannarism point. People in the subcontinent are generally less Self aware but that is again by virtue of the kind of economic level we are at and also has to do with being overly populated

I have seen Indian aunties wearing sarees abroad even on beaches, so it’s ok nothing odd in wearing your national dress.

People in Pakistan don't greet each other because of the culture, if a man would give you a smile and say good morning/evening he will be given a very bad look,in foreign countries they don't have such issues

This was Wasim Akram's by far the most entertaining interview / podcast . Always been a huge fan of Sultan of Swing . I have always loved his all other interviews but this was unique . Agree with all points which he shared today specially about cleaning when he talked about Safai nisf emaan and he was right whenever you get a chance to visit other country learn their culture , langauge and try the local meals . You would get our local tasty dishes here in Pakistan but when you go out taste local cuisines . Talk to the locals their . Learn about them and tell them about you , your culture , language and country . This all will give you exposure . The best thing which Wasim bhai said was that Please go their with an OPEN MIND ! Accept their culture , respect their traditions , language and greet them talk to them with a smile and do not indulge with them on these few things which are Religion , Culture , language and politics . You have gone their to have fun and a good experience so have that . Last but not the least Ali and Hina you both are doing fabulous job keep doing this podcast invite many other people and Don't stop this podcast it is one of it's kind and a unique show to watch 😊

While watching this interview I just got back to those days when I first heard Wasim bhai's name in winters of 1984 when he had embarked on the international scene and it was World Championship Trophy in Australia in Feb 1985 where he just taken world to storm by hitting the wickets and I was listening to the radio commentry of Pak - Aus match in witch he just destroyed the Aussie batting line - up by his swing , pace and those lethal Yorkers and I still remember that " Akram ne Robby Kerr ko bowled kar diya " !!! And incidentally am a cricket lover from India since Gavaskar , Vishwanath , Kapil , Mushtaq Mohd , Majid , Jaheer and Imran era and I really miss that era as that was an era when we were enjoying this beautiful game on radio and that's just unparrelel in terms of enjoying the game !!! ❤❤❤
