Kheema Paratha is made using cooked minced meat filled inside the paratha and can be enjoyed as a breakfast dish dinner or tiffin box recipe
Method
1.Dough Preparation
In a bowl add wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt as required
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Water as required
Mix it and make a smooth dough and keep aside for 20 minutes
2.Kheema Preparation
Minced meat - 250 gram
To it add
Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed green chillies - 2
Salt - as required
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Mix and marinate for 15 minutes
3.Heat oil in a pan - tablespoon
To it add - diced onion one medium sized and fry till it turn pink in colour
Then add dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon and fry for few seconds
4.Now add marinated minced meat and saute for a minute under high flame
5.Cook minced meat under low flame till it gets tender and add few coriander leaves
6.Let it cool
7.Take a portion of the dough make small cup shapes and fill it with
cooked minced meat and close it
8.Roll it into desired size and fry it on hot tawa
9.Add oil or clarified butter while cooking it.
10.Kheema Paratha is ready
