Yes it is right they don't care about customers, yesterday on 25 dec 2023 I visited it's Guwahati based rudraksh mall outlet and ordered lime krusher, they take the order but they serve Pepsi instead of lime krusher and said "sorry we don't have lime krusher". Basically they sucks

KFC failed in India? I don't think so.. whenever i visit the food lobby in a Mall, the most occupied restaurant is always KFC.. maybe the reduction in crowd you are talking about, is because of the increasing no. of KFC outlets.

Who said that KFC is a failed brand? In fact, it is amongst the top food chain restuarant in entire world. It may have poor performance in India due to the fact that many Indians are vegetarian and there are many who do not take non-veg regularly unlike West, Middle East and far-east.
