She really did work hard to lose weight and not to over doing it respect girl if only I had that discipline I will have stayed 48kg but I don’t have discipline it really hard to maintain a current weight when you lose weight you think you will never be fat again and always try to be healthy but you start thinking like I’m skinny eating some snacks after 8 will not make a lot of differences but it does and you go less too the gym cuzz once missing a gym session will not make you fat, but you will have some many excuses like wtf and know I’m like 68 in 6 months and I eat healthy but still discipline is important and I don’t have it, i feel so sad right know, so if someone has some tips please tell me.
