Hello Bong Thank you for posting this awesome video. I grew up eating and loving all Khmer dishes that my parents made but don’t know all the dishes or their names. Is this dipping sauce the same as Prahok ktiss?

This prohok is common anchovies you find em everywhere but BEWARE there are some that smell really bad so don’t pick too much fermentation use your 👃 nose 🇦🇺🙏🏻🦘🦘🦘
