I would love eating in Khon Kaen because I love both Vietnamese and Thai food. The Neighbor Cafe looked bright and colorful and inviting.

such an interesting episode on gastronomy in khon kean, especially the pink noodle dish. there are several other regions in thailand famous for food like hat yai in the south that has some influences from malaysia as well as chiang mai in the north with its famous lanna cuisine.
