I saw one funeral that seemed to be a massive massive massive overkill for the death of a police officer. Cars that extended way off into the horizon were seen. Cops of endless numbers were walking the streets. I immediately thought, this is ridiculous. And then as the video went on, I found out that this funeral was for the death of a police K-9 dog.

Not sure what you mean about the bagpipes, but they are a tradition with first responders funerals.

Don Faumuina we don’t have Celtic traditions here . It’s not a first responder tradition . New York does it because majority of they force had Irish and Scottish backgrounds .

@@dapencilshinobi ...the celtic pipes and drum team has been in Hawaii for decades. It's been part of HPD's tradition and they have always supported first responders in Hawaii. It is their way of giving back.
